Library North Room

The North Room can be considered contributing, as it contains details consistent with the character-defining features of Moorish design, namely the keyhole door, keyhole windows, and dark-stained, frequently spaced ceiling beams. However, that is where the character-defining features end, as the floor is finished with a geometric laminate tiled and the room is furnished with more contemporary office equipment. Something notable is the bookshelves running the length of the wall and containing numerous books on various subjects. The wood is stained dark and contains operable glass doors to secure the books.

The north room is in decent conditions, with only minor wear on the laminate tiles and not cracks or damage seen on the doors, windows, walls, or shelves. Regular oiling, finishing, and cleaning would be required to maintain the condition of the wood elements, and regular cleaning of the remaining surfaces.
